1. How do I receive my digital books?

After checkout, you’ll see a download link on the order confirmation page. You’ll also get an email from Shopify with a secure download link. Simply click the link to save your book to your device. If you create an account, you can re-download your purchases anytime from your account page.

2. Can I share my digital book files with others?

No. Each purchase is for personal or family use only. Sharing, copying, or redistributing the files is not permitted. Please encourage others to support the work by purchasing their own copy.

3. Do you ship physical books?

At this stage, we only sell digital books. Hardcover and paperback editions are coming soon, in shā’ Allāh.

4. What age group are your books for?

Most of our stories are designed for children ages 6–12. However, they also work as read-alouds for younger kids, and older readers can still enjoy the lessons.

5. Do your books include authentic Islamic references?

Yes. Where needed, each story includes Qur’anic verses and authentic ḥadīth to support the lessons and values being taught.

6. What makes Crescent Network Studio books unique?

7. Do you donate a percentage of your earnings?
Yes. Crescent Network Studio donates 10–20% of the net profit from digital products purchased directly through our website.

8. Why only digital products?
Digital products have lower production costs, which allows us to give more back without affecting our ability to grow and continue creating high-quality content.

9. Does the percentage change?
Yes. We commit to a minimum of 10%, and during normal business periods we donate up to 20% of net profit. This flexibility allows us to maintain operations while still giving generously.

10. Where does Crescent Network Studio send its charity donations?
We support trusted charitable projects in Palestine, Sudan, Syria, Africa, and any region where urgent help is needed.

11. How much do you donate?
We donate 10–20% of our net profit from digital products purchased directly through our website.

12. How often do you donate?
Donations are calculated every 6 months, and donations are made through out the year including a special contribution during Ramadan.

13. What type of aid do you provide?
We focus on impactful charity, including:

  • Food & emergency relief

  • Clothing & shelter

  • Medical assistance

  • Education support

  • Long-term development projects

14. Why only digital products?
Digital items have lower production costs, allowing us to give more while still reinvesting in our studio to create more beneficial Islamic content.

11. What is your refund policy?

All digital products (e-books, downloads, or memberships) are non-refundable. This is because digital files cannot be “returned” once delivered. Please read the book descriptions carefully before purchasing.

12. Can I contact the author directly?

Yes! You can reach out to the author through our Contact page or by contact details provided on the book. We love hearing from readers—whether it’s feedback, questions, or just to say Salaam! Please note that while we do our best to reply to every message, responses may take a little time.
